Cancellations and Returns
If you purchase from us online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the eligible item to us.
To request a return, please contact us at info@thioglowtherapy.co.uk before sending your item back. We will provide you with the appropriate return instructions.
Returned products must be unused, unopened and, where applicable, in their original sealed packaging.
Hygiene and Cosmetic Products
For health protection and hygiene reasons, sealed cosmetic and skincare products that are not suitable for return once unsealed will not be eligible for return if the seal has been broken after delivery, unless the product is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Please do not open or use a product if you intend to return it because you have changed your mind.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@thioglowtherapy.co.uk with your order details and, where appropriate, photographs of the issue.
We will assess the problem and arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please remember that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and display the refund.
Return Shipping
Unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or we have agreed otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the product to us.
We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping proof of postage until your return has been processed.
